Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on all orders to Canada only. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping is available to all regions; however, additional shipping fees apply for destinations outside of Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs processing.

Change of Shipping Address

If you wish to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may be unable to accommodate address changes before shipment.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and tracking information, along with the estimated delivery date.

If you require expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment at any time if available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. Disandro Clothing is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at disandroclothing@gmail.com immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring that you receive your order.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or courier service before contacting us.
