Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At DiSandro Clothing, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and a seamless shopping experience. Please review the details below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for eligible items, which include shirts, pants, skirts, dresses, gowns, shoes, belts, suspenders, neckties, bow ties, cufflinks, tie clips, handkerchiefs, pocket squares, sweaters, full suits, suit jackets, winter and fall jackets, and select men’s and women’s accessories such as wallets, bags, and purses.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. These include underwear, socks, bras, bathing suits, lingerie, and stockings. Other Final Sale items include clearance merchandise, discounted items, promotional items, or any product explicitly labeled as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
We are pleased to assist with exchanges to ensure you receive the correct size, color, or a replacement for defective items. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, but the packaging in which they were delivered, such as a sealed poly mailer, cannot be reused. A new poly mailer or shipping box must be used to protect the item during transit, and DiSandro Clothing will provide a new shipping label to ensure the package is returned safely and in pristine condition.
Return shipping costs depend on the situation. Customers are generally responsible for the cost of returning items. DiSandro Clothing covers return shipping only if the item is defective, damaged, sent in error, or in select international or urgent circumstances at our discretion. For international returns, customers are generally responsible for shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at disandroclothing@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we may review and resolve it promptly.
Refunds will be processed, and exchanges completed, once the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Customers may request store credit instead of a refund. If you wish to have the refund applied to a different payment method or card, this must be requested at the time the refund is processed. In select cases, store credit may also be offered at our discretion.
