At DiSandro Clothing, every order is handled with precision, care, and attention to detail. The information below outlines how your order is processed and delivered.
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, as select items may require delivery to our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order so we may attempt to make corrections before shipment.
We ship to all permitted countries. Complimentary standard shipping is available on all orders shipped within Canada and typically arrives within 7–11 business days. Fast shipping is available for an additional fee of $15 CAD and typically arrives within 4–9 business days. For destinations outside of Canada, shipping fees apply, and delivery timelines may vary by location. All shipping prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), with international orders charged the equivalent amount in the customer’s local currency at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be influenced by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
For customers requiring their merchandise on an expedited timeline, we invite you to contact us promptly after placing your order. While processing and delivery times cannot be guaranteed, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests to accelerate processing and shipment where possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, tracking details if available, and an estimated delivery timeframe. Orders may also be tracked at any time by logging into your account on the DiSandro Clothing website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. DiSandro Clothing cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. Should an order be returned due to address inaccuracies, reshipment will be arranged at the customer’s expense.
In the event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at disandroclothing@gmail.com so we may assist you. If an order is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend first contacting your local courier or postal service.
